In conjunction with the Mercedes-AMG 50-year anniversary celebration and the last Formula 1 race in Sepang, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is releasing the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4MATIC+, the most powerful V8 model in its segment by far.
Being the latest addition to the Mercedes-Benz Dream Car Collection, the E 63 S offer the drivers a striking design with an undisputed and refined power delivery of a V8 twin-turbo engine from Affalterbach. It will also be the first generation to feature a number of new developments that redefine the performance limousine.
The sporty interior comprises of sports seats with optimised lateral support and AMG badge in the seat backrests, 3-spoke AMG Performance steering wheel in nappa leather with flattened bottom section as well as an AMG instrument cluster with AMG main menu, including a RACE TIMER and AMG start-up display.
Born to perform
As for the exterior, it has an expressive design that is all about sinuous edges and defined muscles. And, for the first time on an AMG saloon, the bonnet is inset between the wings and bumper like on a coupé, thus exhibiting an entirely new, more dynamic approach to the sculpting. More powerful-looking and 27 millimetres wider, the wheel arches accommodate the greater track width and the larger wheels on the front axle.
The new radiator grille with twin louvres in silver chrome and vertical black struts to emphasise the distinctive look. Overall, the front section exudes exceptional power and conveys the strong forwards thrust of the new performance saloon at first glance.
Designers and aerodynamics experts worked together to develop the E 63 S 4MATIC+, which resulted in the striking bodystyling and performance-oriented lift balance for agile handling characteristics on country roads and optimum driving stability at high speeds on the motorway.
Furthermore, the versatile AMG 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine in the E 63 S 4MATIC+ takes peak performance to a new level at 450kW, with its maximum torque at a new best value of 850Nm. Needless to say, achieving a sprint from 0 to 100km/h in 3.4 seconds is a no-brainer for the Mercedes-AMG.
