Shangri-La Recognised as Best City Hotel for Third Year

Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur has been votedBest City Hotel in Kuala Lumpur” at the 28th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2017. This is the third consecutive year that Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur brought home the title.

The TTG Travel Awards recognises the best of Asia-Pacific’s travel industry since 1989. This annual event honours stellar organisations and individuals in 4 categories: Travel Supplier, Travel Agency, Outstanding Achievement and Travel Hall of Fame. This TTG Travel Trade Publishing event is organised by TTG Asia, with the support of TTG India, TTG China, TTGmice, TTGassociations, TTG-BTmice China and TTG Asia Luxury. This year’s awards is held in Bangkok on 28 September 2017.

Mr Manfred Weber, Area General Manager of the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, said the award is a testament of the hotel’s consistent efforts in always striving for the best. “We share this award with our staff whose dedication to excellence in service for our guests have been recognised by travellers around the world.”
