“In Style, Hong Kong” Arrives in KL

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is staging the mega promotion event “In Style, Hong Kong” in Kuala Lumpur, to promote Hong Kong’s advantages as an international business centre and a lifestyle trendsetter. The event also seeks to strengthen the collaboration between Hong Kong and Malaysian businesses while creating more trade opportunities.

Following the two successful “In Style, Hong Kong” campaigns in Jakarta (2015) and Bangkok (2016), Peter Wong, HKTDC Regional Director of Southeast Asia and South Asia says that the campaign in KL focuses on forging wider cooperation and to generate more business opportunities for both cities.

Highlights of the event includes a symposium (7 November 2017) to spotlight Hong Kong’s world-class professional services, an expo and gala dinner in early November, as well as a series of citywide promotion events, that is currently ongoing until the end of November 2017.

Five thematic sessions will follow the main symposium:

  • eCommerce Logistics
  • Fintech
  • Smart City Forum
  • Innovative Design and Marketing
  • Legal Risk Management: Key to International Trade and Investment
