Waze and Petron are rolling out a solution that will help drivers navigate their way out of traffic jams to the closest Petron stations to refuel their cars, take a break or even grab some refreshments for the road. Apart from that, Waze is also introducing their brand preference in-app.
With this, Petron is the first Malaysian company to use the Favourite Brands function for users to select Petron as their preferred brand. “By using the app, customers can view Petron’s latest product offerings so that they won’t miss out on any of our fun and rewarding campaigns and promotions,” says Faridah Ali, Head of Retail Business Petron Malaysia.
Users simply need to search for the closest Petron station within the app, tap into its location page and tap on the heart icon at the centre of the page.
