SAP Live Class expands SAP Learning Portfolio

SAP recently announced the availability of SAP Live Class. This new, broader portfolio of virtual training courses allows learners to join classes in real time, where instructors and participants can see each other and enjoy a more interactive experience as a result.

This type of direct interaction has been proven to enrich the overall learning experience, boosting the attention and retention of participants.

To create this interactive environment for learners and instructors, SAP is using meeting solution software from Zoom Video Communications Inc., a Gartner Quadrant leader. Zoom ensures the technology is robust and easy to use and offers a best-in-class virtual learning experience.

SAP also is expanding its global schedule of virtual classes. Learners will have a wider range of classes and a greater choice of class times to accommodate their schedules better.

“We are always seeking out ways to make it easier to learn and stay current on the latest SAP innovations,” said Bernd Welz, executive vice president and chief knowledge officer, SAP. “By offering virtual classrooms, we provide one more option to acquire the critical skills for a successful digital transformation.”

Learners can participate in SAP Live Class anywhere, anytime and on any Internet-enabled device. The instructor-guided learning provides immediate expert feedback, individual learning support and interactive exchanges with peers.

In providing all of the benefits of a traditional classroom virtually, SAP Live Class expands SAP’s efforts to reduce the global carbon footprint by eliminating the need for travel. Additionally, for every day a learner participates in training provided through SAP Live Class, SAP will donate one tree through the Plant-for-the-Planet Foundation.
