Gamuda Land goes digital

Gamuda Land implements electronic platforms focusing on digitalised community and improved customer engagement.  Gamuda Land’s digital suite includes GL Friends, Gamuda Land’s loyalty programme for purchasers of selected Gamuda Land offers personalised services on property ownership. Gamuda Land Resident Management App enhances community living in its developments while Gamuda Land Customer Portal is a one-stop user-friendly platform that allows customers to interact electronically with Gamuda Land.

As the unveiling of GL Friends falls within the month of Merdeka, Gamuda Land announced the Merdeka BONUS for GL Friends. From August 1st, 2018 until August 31st, 2018, members of GL Friends can enjoy bonus benefits with up to 5% rebates of Repeat Purchase Reward and 1.5% Referral Reward. Gamuda Land is also in partnership with iPay88, an NTT Data company and an ASEAN leader in providing online payment services and payment solutions for 15,000 merchants regionally and globally.

The newly introduced digital suite is in line with the company’s two-year work transformation journey to ensure its continued relevance and desirability as a property developer that is mindful of the future. Besides community and customer engagement, Gamuda Land has also been optimising efficiency and productivity with the use of digital technologies in its construction such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Industrialised Building System (IBS), further proving that the company is riding the Industry 4.0 wave with ease.
