1. Dell EMC Partners with HSBC to Diversify Channel Financing Portfolio

Dell EMC and HSBC announced a partnership that will expand Dell EMC’s channel financing portfolio for its partners in Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. The broadened portfolio will offer partners with alternate sources of capital and working capital management, allowing them to fast-track delivery of digital, IT, security and workforce transformation solutions for their customers.

2. The launch of The Exploration Series – a first in the luxury travel industry.

The Exploration Series is an exclusive programme of scientific expeditions, led by some of the world’s most renowned scientists from Conservation International. With just eight sought-after itineraries available each year, the series will enable Rascal guests to witness drone surveying technology and potentially experience jaw-dropping encounters with incredible – and possibly even undiscovered – species as they sail through virtually untouched areas of extreme natural beauty.

3. Top Glove posts strongest full financial year results ever.

For FY2018, Top Glove clocked record-breaking Sales Revenue of RM4.21 billion, surpassing the
RM4 billion threshold and representing a 23.6% growth from FY2017. Profit Before Tax was also at
an all-time high of RM522.7 million, an exceptional increase of 36.4% compared with FY2017, while
Sales Volume (quantity sold) reached its peak, surging 26% year-on-year.
