PKNS offer rebates up to RM1 million

Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) will be launch PKNS Mega Bonanza
Promotion by offering a total of RM1 million rebates to its property buyers in conjunction with the New Year 2019 and ahead of Chinese New Year festive soon. PKNS Acting Chief Executive Officer, Hajah Norita binti Mohd Sidek said, from 1 st January to 28 th February, PKNS property buyers will have the opportunity to enjoy various attractive offers with terms and conditions apply.

“This PKNS Mega Bonanza offer is specially designed for ready-built and ready-to-move property, which is expected to boost the sales of various projects offered by this corporation.

“The rebates is up to 20 percent discount on selected PKNS residential purchases offered for the project at Kota Puteri (nearby Ijok) which are Daffina 3 and Daffina 2 and Elaisha. Meanwhile, Azhara project at Antara Gapi and Menara U & U2 in Shah Alam.”

“This 20 percent discount is not only given to Bumiputera buyers, but also for the non-Bumiputera. Thus, it will providing greater opportunities for all races to own their residence.” “PKNS also provides a total cash rebate of up to RM1 million for the Hijauan Enklaf project and the Anggun Kirana project at Alam Nusantara, Setia Alam as well as 10 Residensi at Section 17, Shah Alam,” she said.
