PKNS offer rebates up to RM1 million

Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) will be launch PKNS Mega Bonanza
Promotion by offering a total of RM1 million rebates to its property buyers in conjunction with the New Year 2019 and ahead of Chinese New Year festive soon. PKNS Acting Chief Executive Officer, Hajah Norita binti Mohd Sidek said, from 1 st January to 28 th February, PKNS property buyers will have the opportunity to enjoy various attractive offers with terms and conditions apply.

“This PKNS Mega Bonanza offer is specially designed for ready-built and ready-to-move property, which is expected to boost the sales of various projects offered by this corporation.

“The rebates is up to 20 percent discount on selected PKNS residential purchases offered for the project at Kota Puteri (nearby Ijok) which are Daffina 3 and Daffina 2 and Elaisha. Meanwhile, Azhara project at Antara Gapi and Menara U & U2 in Shah Alam.”

“This 20 percent discount is not only given to Bumiputera buyers, but also for the non-Bumiputera. Thus, it will providing greater opportunities for all races to own their residence.” “PKNS also provides a total cash rebate of up to RM1 million for the Hijauan Enklaf project and the Anggun Kirana project at Alam Nusantara, Setia Alam as well as 10 Residensi at Section 17, Shah Alam,” she said.

“More interesting, buyers had the opportunity to enjoy the Documentation Incentive worth up to RM15,000 for the Hijauan Enklaf, Opal Residensi, Taman Bayu Malawati and 10 Residensi”, she added. “Besides discount and rebate, buyers will be given a voucher of electrics goods worth up to RM30, 000 for Hijauan Enklaf project, Opal Residensi and Avenue Rasa.”

“PKNS also provides Smart Home Voucher worth up to RM15,000 for Anggun Kirana project and Vega Residensi. To these consumer buyers, they will enjoy the convenience of the Smart Home System Application through which the owner can monitor their home when they are indoors or away,” she said. Norita also offered attractive discounts to the early bird buyers for Estera, Dillenia, Kamelia and Violet projects at Bernam Jaya.

“Furthermore, PKNS also offers an interior design voucher worth up to RM10,000 for selected projects in Taman Bayu Malawati.” “Buyers will enjoy zero down payments, while the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) will be borne by PKNS for the selected project.”

“Besides, the Smart Ownership Scheme which expired on 31 st December last year continued with the grant of “First Ownership” Incentive which is a 10 percent discount on the purchase of PKNS first property for both Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera potential buyers ”
