Enjoy a romantic evening this Valentine at one of Marini’s Group of restaurants. Guests can savour the fine flavours of contemporary Italian cuisine at Marini’s on 57 or indulge in a selection of delectable dishes at luxury steakhous Marble 8.

At Marini’s on 57, guests can opt for a non-vegetarian menu consisting of scallop, Lobster with Braised Fennel and Foie Gras Creme Brulee with Black Truffle appetisers, followed by a Sea Bream Ravioli with Sea Urchin pasta. The main course options are Itoyori Fish and Sicilian Red Prawn and Wagyu Tenderloin Marble Score 5 with Pumpkin Terrine.

Or, the vegetarian menu offers Truffle Scrambled Eggs with Black Truffles amuse bouche, Pumpkin Terrin and cauliflower appetisers, porcini mushroom risotto, and House-Made Pappardelle Pasta with Morel Mushrooms and Asparagus.

For desserts, guests will be served Cassis Parfait with Blackberry Gel and Cassis Meringue, and Canele with Chocolate Cream for non-vegetarians and Raspberry Sorbet with Caramelised Fruit for vegetarians.

At Marble 8, guests can start off with Truffle Scrambled Eggs and an Alaskan King Crab, followed by House-made Tagliatelle with Butter Sage and Winnter Truffle. For the mains, guests can choose either Dry-Aged Wagyu Sirloin with Potato Croquette, Sauteed Broccolini and Salsa Verde or Pan-Seared Sea Bream with Mushroom Confit and Celeriac Puree.

For desserts, a delectable Chocolate Mousse with Orange, Hazelnut and Apricot Compote and Vanilla Gelato will leave you with a memorable sweet experience.
