Covid-19 update: 57 new cases, 3 deaths

The Ministry of Health has identified 57 more new cases, bringing total number of positive cases to 5,482.

61 percent of the total cases have recovered and been discharged. However, with three more deaths, the death toll in the country has increased to 92, recording a 1.7 percent mortality rate.

However, according to Star Online, 5 Covid-19 patients who were reported to have recovered in Sandakan and Kinabatangan have been found to be still infected by the virus in a follow-up test two days later.

Sabah has a total of 308 Covid-19 positive cases with 118 people still undergoing treatment.
