Caring Pharmacy to delist from Bursa

On May 8, after six and a half years listed on the Main Board, Caring Pharmacy Group will make its exit from Bursa Malaysia.

The pharmaceutical chain said this follows the completion of the takeover of Caring by 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd.

7-Eleven’s mandatory general offer (MGO) for Caring at RM2.60 per shared was launched after the convenience store chain increased its shareholding to 38.57 percent from 13.22 percent previously.

Caring Pharmacy Group Bhd stated that its shares has been suspended from trading since April 20, 2020.
