Digi.Com Berhad will be hosting its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on June 1. The 23rd AGM will be conducted via live streaming and online voting.
This comes as part of the company’s necessary precaution to safeguard the wellbeing of its shareholders.
The AGM will be broadcasted live from Digi’s headquarters located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In a statement released by Digi, only essential individuals will be involved in conducting the AGM will be physically present at the broadcast venue.
To attend the AGM remotely, all Shareholders and proxies will have to register their request to participate with our Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd (Tricor) via here at latest by 10.00 a.m. on May 30.
Authenticated shareholders will then receive an email confirmation to participate remotely. With the online participation and voting facility provided on TIIH’s website, a shareholder may exercise his right to participate, ask questions to the Board and Management of the Company, and vote at the AGM, from the comfort of their home or wherever they may be.
If shareholders are not able to attend the AGM virtually, they can also appoint Chair of
the Meeting as their proxy and indicate the voting instructions in the Proxy Form.
