Shoppers can browse the latest season’s highlights such as ready-to-wear, bags, wallets, footwear and accessories for both men and women on malaysia.coach.com. To place an order, shoppers can either email email@example.com or call their favourite store to speak to the dedicated store associate for assistance.
Once the purchases are done, the store assistant will create a payment request via email pay with the order’s details which will be sent to to the shopper’s email. Once the orders are confirmed, the purchases will be delivered to the address stated.
Some exceptional elements included in the Coach On Delivery are gift boxes and messaging – items are all wrapped up and ready to give as a gift.
For orders placed within Klang Valley during weekdays before 12pm, shoppers can receive their items on the same day, while for orders placed outside the Klang Valley, delivery will be within 3-5 working days via courier services.
If the purchases made are not satisfactory, customers can have their purchases returned for free within 30 days for an exchange. Purchases must be in new or unused condition to be returned by mail or to a nearest Coach store.
Shoppers who purchase any Coach items via ‘Coach On Delivery’ will receive an exclusive monogrammed hangtag – a customised item to make the package extra special as a gift.
