Asian Banking School’s comprehensive online learning administrative services programme the right tool for talent management

Online learning has become more centric in people’s lives and has shown significant growth as Internet and education combined provide people an opportunity to gain new skills. More so now, as the coronavirus pandemic has shifted the paradigm, pushing online learning towards the new normal.

Recently, the Asian Banking School (ABS), the largest specialised provider of quality banking training programmes in the ASEAN region, has launched a comprehensive tailor-made online learning administrative services programme which is specifically aligned with any organisation’s strategic talent training requirements.

With many organisations moving towards online learning for talent management, the learning and development and HR teams find that conducting effective training sessions by virtual classrooms and webinars require much effort and can be relatively time consuming when added onto their many daily tasks. In addition, when choosing one comprehensive online training suite suitable for the entire organisation can be costly and a tedious process.

ABS has developed an in-house online learning administrative services programme which can fit around the learning and development and HR teams’ existing responsibilities and commitments at a reasonable cost. For further information, visit
