Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad has announced the appointment of its new Chairman, Zulkiflee bin Mazlan effective May 20.
Zulkiflee has been on the board of the investment bank as an Independent Non-Executive Director since January 4, 2016.
Prior to the this, he has held numerous appointments at the Ministry of Defence and has also served as Director General of Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran.
Presently, he is also the Chairman of Koperasi Angkatan Tentera Malaysia and sits on the Board of Great Eastern Takaful Berhad, Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad and Affin Hwang Trustee Berhad.
