BonusLink and Didian launch digital partnership

Malaysians who are searching for their ideal home will now be able to enjoy additional rewards thanks to a collaboration between proptech company Didian and BonusLink, Malaysia’s first premier consumer rewards program. The campaign, titled ‘On The Hunt For A New Home?’ is also the first time a B2B property marketplace has been introduced within the BonusLink programme.

Launched on September 1, the campaign will continue till December 31 and will allow over 9 million BonusLink users to collect up to 100,000 BonusLink Points when purchasing featured developer projects listed on the Didian property marketplace. The projects include the Starling at Bandar Rimbayu, the Amaya at Maple Residences, PJ Midtown and Armani SOHO with home prices starting from RM 314,000.

Didian’s director, Chow Nam Kit said that Didian’s business proposition had been developed around customer needs so the collaboration with BonusLink was a game changer. The partnership would also allow registered estate agents and real estate negotiators who are on the Didian platform to acquire high quality leads, especially during this RMCO period.

“Didian has curated a prime selection of landed and high-rise properties at different price points so that BonusLink Members who are looking to purchase a home can also enjoy enticing and exciting rewards,” said Chow.

Chow added that this collaboration was also in line with Didian’s mission to help agents and negotiators across Malaysia to earn a better life due to the negative economic impact caused by the pandemic.

“We are always on the lookout to deliver greater value to both real estate agents, developers and property buyers so we are continuously adding more features and digital initiatives. This collaboration is the first of many that Didian will announce in the coming six months,” said Chow.

To qualify for the promotion, BonusLink members only need to register their interest for a single home or multiple properties via BonusLink website, app and social media. Upon completion of registration, Members will be rewarded with 500 Points. During the campaign, members will get extra 500 Points by visiting a show unit.

Members with successful transaction on a property worth RM 1 million and above are eligible for 100,000 Points while those below that threshold will receive 50,000 Points. Points will be credited into their BonusLink account upon signing the Sales and Purchase agreement and Loan Agreement.
