TCS Group Holdings secures RM323 million from Mah Sing for construction of M Arisa

Building and infrastructure construction services provider, TCS Group Holdings Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary, TCS Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“TCSCSB”) has secured a RM323.00 million contract from Cosmowealth Housing Development Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of  Mah Sing Group Berhad (“Mah Sing”), for main building works of 2 blocks of 57-storey serviced apartments with 799 units each, 10-storey elevated carpark, 1 level of underground carpark, and 1 level of facility floor in Kuala Lumpur known as the M Arisa.

Managing Director of TCS Group, Tee Chai Seng said, “We are delighted to have bagged our third project since our recent listing on 23 July 2020, which is a testimony to our technicaland execution capabilities. In total, we have now won three contracts worth RM537.70 million in the past three months alone.”

“Mah Sing is a multiple award-winning developer and we are honoured to have been awarded the construction works for the M Arisa. The overall duration of the Contract is 36 months commencing from the date of site possessions.
