Honda Malaysia launched a New Car Pre-Booking Online Platform for customers, hyping the ‘Joy of Buying’ and convenience for all Malaysians.
Customers can pre-book their dream car with a fee of only RM99 in four simple steps at Honda Malaysia’s official website and track their booking status. The functions include loan calculator, models comparison and Honda Insurance Plus and will be available in the HondaTouch application next year.
Toichi Ishiyama, the Honda Malaysia Managing Director and CEO said that the platform is one of their efforts in providing greater accessibility to customers to own a Honda car in this digital era as well as letting their customers go a step further than the crowd. As claimed by the CEO, the process is also stress-free and making the experience of buying become easy.
For the interested customers, they can access the platform through a ’New Car Pre-Booking’ button located within the shopping tools section at Honda Malaysia’s official website either on the homepage or as they enter the specific model page.
They will be assisted through the four steps; select their participating preferred dealer, fill in the details and select the desired models, review all information selection which a payment of RM99 will be made and at last, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information including the details of the dealer that received the payment as well as a reference number.
The customers will be contacted in 72 hours by a designated Sales Advisor upon submission of the Pre-Booking.
