Mah Sing Group Berhad unveiled the brand new M Panora sales gallery in its fourth township in Rawang, located northwest of Kuala Lumpur. The development will be a freehold, strata landed residential development located that sits on a 45.38-acre land, and has an estimated gross development value of RM300 million.
The project will comprise of low-density development with 396 units of double storey super link homes (24’x65’) within the township. Built up includes two unit types with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with indicative built-up ranging from 1,770 sq ft to 2,026 sq ft. Indicatively priced from RM650,000 onwards, M Panora is planned to be launched in Q3 2021.
The launch comes of the back as improvement in sentiments towards the property market is detected, Mah Sing has observed this through the positive responses from its recent project launches. The ongoing National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme and the recent announcement of the RM20 billion economic stimulus package (PEMERKASA) has also instill confidence among the public as the economy continue to improve.
This will be the first sales gallery opening for the group in 2021. Mah Sing has long established its presence in Rawang since 2011, with M Panora being our fourth development in the Rawang area.
