Locally developed GoKudos To Offer Businesses Convenient And Cost-Efficient Smart Office Solutions

Malaysian startup, 6Biz Group has launched GoKudos, a locally developed all-in-one smart office platform. The one-stop platform provides convenience and cost-efficiency to businesses as they no longer need to subscribe to multiple smart-office solutions.

The platform offers three solutions which are task management, document management and artificial intelligence (AI) debt collector to alert clients on payments.

Prior to its launch, 6Biz Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MIMOS Bhd (MIMOS), an agency under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), to develop an AI platform for accounting practitioners.

The platform underwent thorough research and development (R&D) with MIMOS for the pilot testing with real users.

“The pandemic amplified the need for digitalisation of businesses and accelerated GoKudos to deploy our affordable remote work-ready cloud solution.

“Our solution is in line with MyDIGITAL’s ambitions to develop Malaysia into a digitally-driven, high-income nation and will support businesses on their road to recovery.” Founding Chairman of 6Biz Group, Vimmy Yap said.

The platform has proven to save up to 8 percent time on document searching, 25 percent time on follow up with team and client, 5 percent time on payment collection, and 12 percent time on internal communication.
