MBG Launches Fruits Hub In Selayang Following Demand Surge In Fruit Consumption

MBG FruitShop has launched its MBG Fruits Hub in Selayang following the significant demand for fruit consumption for consumers and businesses alike. The company has 30 existing MBG outlets placed in shopping malls nationwide. 

Adnan Lee, Managing Director of MBG, said this newly MBG Selayang Fruits Hub with 32,000 square feet serves as a one-stop shop whereby consumer can find wide range of fresh fruits from local to international.

“We guarantee the product are properly chilled and fresh, source and import directly from farmers,” he said.

Additionally, many had gone into buying fresh produce such as fruits at wholesale prices and sell them either offline or more popularly now online at a profit.

This hub also aims to help businesses amidst this challenging time where a lot of people have lost their jobs and are looking at different ways to create a new or passive income stream.

“We believe that we can help small businesses  with the opportunity to kick start their business so that people’s livelihood and the fruits industry can thrive together,” Adnan added.

MBG Selayang Fruits Hub offers opportunities for seller to buy fruits in small quantities or bulk buy in cartons at “pasar borong” prices with discounts ranging from 30 to 50 percent.

In conjunction with Ramadan, MBG also has imported many high quality and unique kurma or more commonly known as dried dates such as Barhi dates from Peru, Palestine, Egypt Dates, South Africa among others.
