PropertyGuru’s Latest Proptech Solution Aims To Better Aid Agents And Home Seekers

PropertyGuru’s latest initiative, the ‘Listing Performance Insights’ solution aims to provide property agents with valuable and actionable insights derived from data on user behaviour, property prices, property performance comparisons, marketing analytics, among others.

Sheldon Fernandez, Country Manager, PropertyGuru Malaysia said, “PropertyGuru is invested in the continuous innovation of the property ecosystem. We believe that data will be pivotal in the changing landscape of the property industry. Providing relevant information and actionable insights to property agents will enable them to adjust their listings and properties to better meet the needs of both home sellers and home seekers.”

“The Listing Performance Insights solution ensures everyone can benefit from intelligent use of data. We will continue to seek innovative ways to leverage data to enhance agent and home seekers’ experiences, redefining the way people find their dream home,” he added.

According to the platform, studies found that agents lacked contextual data and needed to go to great lengths to gather research on their competition, historical sales prices of property in their region, and the ROI their properties can offer.

This made accurately pricing properties as well as being able to quickly adapt to buying trends a difficult task.

Understanding these challenges, PropertyGuru aims to make a difference with its Listing Performance Insights solution by providing agents with actionable insights on their listing performance and historical market data easily.

“Agents can better manage their listings to gain improved results and get more business leads, ultimately resulting in finding the right buyer for the listed property. Consequently, this also provides consumers the opportunity to find properties more relevant to them,” Sheldon said.
