Myra Saujana Unveils Phase 3 Following Success Of First 2 Phases

Myra Saujana by developer Myra has unveiled its Phase 3 which will encapsulate double storey superlink homes and Semi-D homes located in Sungai Merab, Dengkil following the success of Phase 1 and Phase 2 sell-out.

As a freehold mixed-use development, Myra Saujana provides 51 acres of residential phases that are significantly more affordable for homebuyers compared to the neighboring Putrajaya, which are more than double the price.

In addition to the residential component, Myra Saujana also consists of 50 acres of commercial components, and has a combined gross development value (GDV) of about RM600 million.

For Myra Saujana’s Phase 3, Myra is offering even more superlink and double-storey Semi-D homes that emphasise space, flexibility and convenience in meeting the demands of the new homebound lifestyle. With an expected completion date in 2023, Phase 3 has a gross development value (GDV) of RM 54,392,300.

“We have always prioritised building relationships with our customers rather than pushing out our products thoughtlessly. Homebuyers ultimately want homes that they find comfortable living in, making it our responsibility to get to know them better which helps us develop the right products,” Wendy Lim, General Manager of Myra said.

Myra Saujana will introduce 46 units of double-storey Superlink residences with built-ups of 2,130 sq ft and site sizes of 22′ x 70′ in this newest phase. The home plan is a brand-new idea that provides superlink homes the look and feel of a double-story semi-D unit.

Its four spacious and structured bedrooms each have four en-suite bathrooms with a starting price of RM610,000.

Phase 3 will also see the launch of two types of Semi-D homes; Type C and Type D.

Priced from RM890,000 onwards, the 12 units of Type C Semi-D homes have built-ups of 2,338 sq ft with the land size of 40’ x 65’. With its layout configuration of 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the spacious guest bedroom and a +1 bedroom on the ground floor can accommodate stay overs, or be converted into a home office or extra room.

“As the recent pandemic has made homeownership even more challenging over the past year, a home is still a basic necessity in a balanced and fulfilling life. By innovating spaces that are spacious and flexible to address the new stay-at-home lifestyle, while also providing financing solutions, we hope to ease the home buying journey of potential homeowners,” Wendy concluded.

Homebuyers will also benefit from the HouzKey scheme with Maybank, which offers numerous benefits such as no down payment, no payment during construction, and much lower monthly instalments for the first five years when compared to other mortgage loans, making it significantly more affordable for homebuyers.
