Coox Partners With Grab To Support F&B Operators Brace Through Challenging Times

Cloud kitchen brand, Coox has partnered with Grab in efforts to support F&B operators in light of the current challenging circumstances.

The partnership will leverage Grab’s wide consumer reach and delivery network. According to Coox, the partnership will also help F&B operators overcome reduced foot traffic and scale their business with affordable capital cost to thrive in the domestic food delivery market.

“F&B operators on our COOX platform will now instantly enjoy greater consumer traffic, drawing upon the millions of people who use the Grab ecosystem every day,” said COOX Co-Founder,  Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman.

Additionally, operators keen to join the cloud kitchen’s platform can look forward to a seamless on-boarding process when getting their offerings listed on Grab.

With the integration of Grab’s API, orders are centralised in the COOX software platform, so F&B operators can enjoy greater transparency and visibility on their business performance, enabling them to track and monitor their revenue and profitability in real time on a day-to-day basis.

“With the demand for delivery services growing, as a home grown technology platform, we welcome opportunities to work alongside like-minded industry partners to leverage our capabilities to support businesses. Coupled with some of the enhancements to the consumer experience, we hope this will make it convenient for consumers to order and support their neighbourhood F&B businesses,” said JJ Tan, Head of Commercial and Partnership, Grab Malaysia.
