Luno, the first regulated digital asset exchange in Malaysia, has promoted Scarlett Chai as the Marketing Manager. Scarlett will lead the marketing efforts in Malaysia, focusing on strengthening Luno’s position as the country’s leading digital asset exchange. In addition, she will be responsible for expanding the growth and success of Luno in Malaysia, where the exchange is currently storing more than RM1 billion of digital assets on behalf of more than 300,000 customers.
Scarlett has a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geology from the University of Malaya and brings her wealth of experience in the e-commerce and financial services industry. Prior to joining Luno, she was the senior key account executive at an online grocery and food delivery service company. Her role included managing key accounts and relationships, leading digitisation projects, and launching marketing initiatives for retail partners to boost online sales.
