Pos Malaysia Announces Resumption Of Normal Operating Hours Nationwide

All Pos Malaysia outlets nationwide will revert back to normal operations hours effective August, this was officially announced on its website.

Previously under the various lockdown from Full Movement Control Order to Enhanced Movement Control Order to now National Recovery Phase 1 in Klang Valley, the outlets only operated until 3pm for mail and courier services. With the lifting of the order, all 974 Pos Malaysia offices will resume its normal operations which is from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

While the announcement will be welcomed by many who continue to conduct services over the counter, its advisable to procure online wherever possible. For those visiting the centres, they are reminded of the Standard Operation Procedures issued by the Health Ministry, this guideline also extends those those who have 2 doses of the vaccines.

Pos Malaysia requests customers to visit its online site to know more about the nearest Post Office or Pos Laju outlet near their vicinity. Customers are also reminded to continue to use their home address as the delivery address when purchasing items online, to ensure uninterrupted deliveries.
