Celcom Continues To Support SMEs & Micro-SMEs Weathering The Pandemic

Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom), in its ongoing commitment towards advancing societies, collaborates with various technology partners within its ecosystem, to bring innovative and affordable tools and solutions for business owners to sustain their businesses.

Additionally, SMEs will continue to enjoy savings of 30% for one year under the SME Digital Matching Grant, introduced by the government through the Short-Term Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA).

Together with Pertubuhan Perintis Malaysia (MyPerintis) and Planet Mahir, Celcom has been extending its expertise in digital adoption through multiple programmes including webinars and online streaming channels. These programmes aim to help SMEs and micro-entrepreneurs by creating relevant technology related awareness, knowledge sharing and digital skill enhancement programmes. 

Similarly, Celcom together with Facebook Malaysia also initiated a webinar for SMEs within its ecosystem to further enhance their business capabilities in e-commerce. It also provided the opportunity for small businesses and entrepreneurs to leverage on the digital tools that the worldwide social media platform makes available.

Celcom’s new Business Suite™ Booster Pack, enables SMEs to seamlessly operate their businesses digitally with innovative digital solutions such as Mesinkira Basic, a lite contactless Point of Sales (POS) that manages inventories, transaction record and integrated with digital payment services like e-wallets, credit, and debit cards. The Booster Pack at RM227 per month, also includes Celcom Business Wireless™ with 150GB data quota, and Enterprise Bulk Messaging to allow SMEs reach a wider market via SMS broadcast services.
