Willowglen MSC Awarded Security System Job In Changi Airport

Public listed Willowglen MSC Berhad has been awarded 2 contracts for a Singapore job valued approximately RM24 million combined, the company was established in 1972 and has been providing technological solutions for an ever-expanding range of infrastructure, businesses, residential, commercial, and industrial needs.

The first contract of RM16,700,000 was awarded by China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) for the Design, Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Security System for Proposed Development of Intra Airside Road Connection, Second Parallel Taxiway and Fire Station No. 2 for Changi East at Singapore Changi Airport. 

This job will be over a 3 year period and is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending now till 2024. A second contract with equivalent value approximately RM7,660,000 is by SP PowerAssets Limited, Singapore for the Supply and Delivery of Sub-station Intrusion Detection System (SSIDS) Devices and Removal and Disposal Works. The period of the contract will be for 5 years ending in 2026.

Some of Willowglen customers include; KTM, Prasarana, RAPID, Setia, Petronas Gas, Mah Sing, Malaysian Airports, the company is involved in various industries like water and waste water, oil and gas and electrical and power.
