Schneider Electric today launches mySchneider Consultants, Designers and Engineers Program – a digital ecosystem designed exclusively for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing professionals.

Schneider Electric launched the mySchneider Consultants, Designers and Engineers Program, a new way to encourage digital upskilling and collaborative solutions within Schneider Electric’s energy management ecosystem.

The health crisis has accelerated the rise of a digital economy, demanding speed, and a quick pivot in strategies for both global and local businesses.

In Malaysia, it is vital for businesses to adapt and prepare their employees to the new digital normal, not only to survive but to remain resilient during these unprecedented times.

A 2020 World Economic Forum study on the Future of Jobs revealed that Malaysian companies are shifting their skill needs, with 86 percent looking to automate work, hire staff with skills relevant to new technologies, and expecting employees to pick up skills on the job.

“We must recognise and meet current industry demands by taking a proactive role in upskilling our workforce. This includes investment in human capital, developing new talent strategies, and working with the government and universities to support the right levels of skills development to drive business forward,” says Astri Ramayanti Dharmawan, Country General Manager for Schneider Electric Malaysia and Brunei.

“With the advent of Industry 4.0, businesses across Malaysia seek future proofing through new technologies that can advance their productivity, revenue, energy savings, and most importantly, empower their workforce. This insight has led us to introduce this program for professionals, giving us a chance to empower businesses and support them in driving digital growth,” she adds.

With the mySchneider Consultants, Designers and Engineers program, Schneider Electric is helping companies, especially M&E consultant firms stay at the edge of technology and innovation by giving them the tools to deploy the right solutions reliably and efficiently.

Professionals can now get in touch with the company’s ecosystem of experts through one-on-one digital interactions, providing them with the opportunity to learn from the best.
