UPS Appoints New Leadership for Asia Pacific

UPS has appointed Michelle Ho as president of its Asia Pacific region based in Singapore. A growth-oriented leader, Michelle will drive UPS’s business and operations in the company’s fastest-growing region that employs over 13,000 UPS employees in more than 40 countries and territories. In this strategic role, Michelle will maintain UPS’s focus to drive company growth and support cross-border connectivity needs for businesses large and small.

As the first female president for UPS’s Asia Pacific region, Michelle brings nearly 30 years of experience having served in multiple leadership roles in Asia. In her previous appointment as President of UPS China, she led the implementation of strategic service and network enhancements across cities large and small. She also drove digital transformation efforts that enabled Chinese businesses to adjust to new demands, help optimize their supply chains, and accelerate global growth – even in the face of a pandemic.
