The group which aims to become a serious force in the industry claimed the acquisition is a strong fit with its plans to transform healthcare delivery and to provide favourable outcomes for patients’ health. “This acquisition is also just the first step in our multi-step journey with Aurelius Healthcare and we encourage any party that wishes to take this journey with us to reach out for a discussion. We are open to partnership discussions on both greenfield and brownfield basis,” Edwin Fua, Partner at Navis Capital.
