With the announcement of Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic consignment tenders being handed out, many players have started rolling out projects across the country. Interestingly this time around, states up north are finding more installation projects compared to before.
Reservoir Link which is involved in supporting project management companies for solar projects, has received an RM8.42 million purchase order from Solar Bina Engineering for the subcontracting works of installation, testing and communication of PV modules, inverter, DC cables and associated works for proposed development of Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic Marang, Terengganu.
Solar Bina mainly supplies solar mounting system and provision of services for the installation of solar mounting system. Since its incorporation, SBE has successfully completed 50MW of solar rooftop projects and approximately 250MW of LSSPV. The company is active in solar energy projects both locally and overseas with projects in Japan, Philippines, Thailand and China.
