Focus Dynamics which is involved primarily in F&B with outlets in Lein Hoe Tropicana like Lavo and Chaze is also heavily involved in owning and operating high end eateries. The public listed firm in now looking to expand its footprint with the recent awarding of a contract to build a temporary commercial block in Jalan Tun Razak to Pasukhas Group Berhad.
The project worth RM77 million will include a basement, a lower ground car park, commercial floor and a banquet hall on the second floor.
Pasukhas is principally involved in design, civil engineering, construction business and related activities. The scope of works comprises the building and external works (inclusive of prime cost and provisional sum) ensuring necessary approval are retained and to confirm the site boundaries and building set back with the Land Surveyor, Architect and Structural & Civil Engineer.
Focus Dynamics is led by Benson Tay Ben Seng who holds a bachelor of Commerce Degree with a double major in Marketing and Management. He was appointed Executive Director of the Company in 2017.
