The Artisans Haven, a Malaysian e-commerce platform dedicated to supporting local artisans and entrepreneurs launched its ‘Smart Solutions’ Services in partnership with Affin Bank Bhd (AFFIN BANK).
The ‘Smart Solutions’ Services for SMEs is an expansion to the existing handmade product range, with 15 technological solutions and competitive business tools in categories of Technology, Innovation and Self-Help specially curated to support SMEs and their employees in navigating the fast-paced digital world.
“Our vision at The Artisans Haven is to support digital adoption among small homegrown businesses, particularly in the area of e-commerce. We believe that as more businesses participate in the digital economy, those that are left out of this digital revolution will struggle.
“The pandemic has expedited the need for businesses to adopt digital transformation. However, many are often hindered by a lack of awareness, readiness, know-how and the high cost of implementing new technologies and business tools to stay competitive,” said Jade Lee, CEO and co-founder of The Artisans Haven.

Within the Technology-related services, cybersecurity services are provided by Vigilant Asia (M) Bhd; PC rentals by Rentalworks Sdn that digital designs by Volservers Solutions Sdn Bhd, and business continuity by Yellow Shorts Sdn Bhd.
The ‘Smart Solutions’ also offers SMEs insights on staff training and motivation which are shared by motivational coach Xandria Ooi; human resources training consultancy MADLAB Training; AL Trainings Sdn Bhd which provides training, consulting as well as keynote speeches and public programs; and Enfinity Academy whose vision is to cultivate and encourage the growth of creative talents in Malaysia.
