Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives, MEDAC has awarded Privasia Technology via its subsidiary an RM2.3 million maintenance job of the Licensing Electronic Support System Application (BLESS).
A highly complex system, BLESS is a one stop portal for application of permits, licenses and approvals for business operations which is managed by the Ministry. However, lately the site has been facing some integration issue with MyIdentity for the new applications, this with outdated interface could be some of the issues raised for the platform to be updated.
Privasia Technology is involved in various ICT field including in business process outsourcing with an established including market leaders in the logistics, education, finance, manufacturing, and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sectors. It developed its first e-procurement solution in 2001, going on to provide solutions for iconic Malaysian organisations such as Malaysia Airports, Indah Water Konsortium, SME Bank and Westports.
