To maintain an orderly and fair market in the trading of the engineering services provider’s securities, Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s securities trades on Bursa Malaysia have been halted by the bourse regulator from 2.30 pm today until further notice.
“Accordingly, all structured warrants relating to Serba Dinamik will also be suspended at the same time,” Serba Dinamik says.
In a seperate statement, Bursa says, “We has resolved to suspend Serba Dinamik securities trading, including all structured warrants relating to the company to maintain an orderly and fair market in Serba Dinamik securities trading.”
This morning, Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah, the group’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, sold his entire holdings of 55.9 million Serba Dinamik warrants.
Since then, Serba Dinamik share and warrant prices have consistently fallen.
