Federal International Holdings Berhad which owns 50% equity in Warrants RE Assets had signed an MOU with Fabulous Sunview Sdn Bhd for business collaboration in the Renewable Energy Projects development in Malaysia.
The furniture maker is looking to tap into Sunview expertise which is principally involved in providing engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for Renewable Energy (“RE”) to expand its business ventures into the ever growing solar energy production.
Under the terms of the agreement, WREA will identify and acquire in part or in whole, operating Feed-In Tariff, Net Energy Metering and Large Scale Solar solar plants. Upon acquiring and owning these entities the company will then exclusively engage Sunview as the main contractor to carry out repairing and upgrading works for all of these plants. A part of the deal, they will both exclusively oversee the centralised management and operations of these plants.
Federal is a public listed company involved in manufacturing, interior fit out and construction mainly in the furniture industry.
