RAMSSOL: Rethink Employee Engagement In A Future-ready World

RAMSSOL Group Bhd (RAMSSOL), an innovative, digital human capital management (HCM) solutions provider in Southeast Asia, aspires to redesign and reshape the future of work in Malaysia, urging government agencies, multi-national corporations, and SMEs alike to rethink their employee engagement and experience strategy to be future-proof and future-ready.

To be a part of this digital landscape, RAMSSOL has offered its flagship employee engagement platform and recently upgraded Feet’s 2.0, to be made available for free download from iTunes and Google play as part of its contribution to creating an inclusive employee engagement environment that addresses the gaps and demands of a multi-generational workforce, especially in today’s phygital work environment.

Integrating artificial intelligence-based “Happy Technology” into its core, the mobile-ready employee engagement platform aims to disrupt industry norms and offer a robust, inclusive solution tailored to the needs and wants of today’s organisations.

“The Government’s focus on Shared Prosperity and IR 4.0 agenda is commendable as it includes a progressive economic empowerment mandate alongside environmental sustainability and social re-engineering driven by technology, which is the need of the hour during these truly testing times of the ongoing pandemic and economic uncertainties,”

It is my strong conviction that IR 4.0 will continue to be the driver of socio-economic development, blurring the lines between people and technology. It will be the impetus that will design and define the future of work. Adoption of IR 4.0 will require a massive overhaul and extensive transition in employee skills, recruitment and training. At RAMSSOL, we are committed to play an active role towards the 12MP vision of empowered workforce in a digitally-led economy,” RAMSSOL’s Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Cllement Tan says.

To address the evolving hybrid working culture, RAMSSOL recently collaborated with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (Zoom) to make Feet’s 2.0 the region’s very first in-app integration of its kind with Zoom, to create customised, scalable Zoom meetings and support remote interaction for hybrid events. Zoom’s video engagement capabilities are offered as part of the app’s existing “Connect” feature built for “collaboration and celebration from anywhere”, bringing together on-site and virtual attendees without having to switch out of Feet’s mobile application or invest in additional enterprise subscription fees.

Cllement says, “Increasingly, organisations need to focus on human talent efficiencies backed by robust HCM solutions and technology, automating administration processes and streamlining policies for progressive workforce management which is what RAMSSOL’s core business is all about. As more people work from home and manufacturing slants more towards artificial intelligence and robotics, digitalisation of HR functions for greater operational and cross-departmental efficiencies is expected to drive the demand for HCM solutions,”

“RAMSSOL Feet’s 2.0 is a culmination of our extensive research into human technologies that are not only scalable but excel outside the confines of contemporary platforms. We are in the pursuit to constantly push the bar in terms of delivering solutions that will redefine, refine and revamp the future of employee engagement and experience in today’s increasingly phygital world.”
