JAZRO Organises Smart Robotic Camp 2021 East Coast

Jazro Technology Robotics Sdn Bhd (JAZRO) today announced that it will be running Smart Robotic Camp, a four-day program focusing on STEM education during the upcoming school holidays in December, and it will be held both physically as well as via online.

Four physical camps will be held – Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (27-30 December), Terengganu Digital TD1303 (22-25 December), Masjid Negeri Pahang (12-15 December), and IMFutures Pusat Komuniti Indera Mahkota (17-21 December).

Meanwhile, a virtual camp edition of Smart Robotic Camp is going to be from 27 to 30 December and it is open to participants from anywhere in the country.

The Smart Robotic Camp is set to attract participants between the ages of seven and 17.

Ir. Dzulfarqeish Zainuddin, co-founder of JAZRO said, “JAZRO has been organising Smart Robotic Camp since 2019. The response has been well and we are bringing it back now so new students get to learn robotics. We want to help them strengthen their skills to design and innovate.”

Smart Robotic Camp is held every school holiday. Among the subjects to be taught this year are computer programming, robotic technologies, computer science, art of thinking & brainwaves.

“IR4.0 is moving fast and so should we as a society. We cannot be a laggard when it comes to providing STEM education to children or we would risk being left behind. We hope JAZRO’s Smart Robotic Camp will inspire our youngsters to explore the world of robotics further after they complete the camp,” Dzulfarqeish continued.

All physical camps will be held in compliance with the SOP set by the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 4.
