Customs Malaysia Hands Edaran Berhad IT Maintenance Work Worth RM41 Million

Edaran Berhad was pleased to announce that it had been selected to undertake the IT maintenance work for the Royal Customs of Malaysia.

The IT company which specialises in all types of IT jobs including computer system management will be managing the Custom departments maintenance work of its hardware, server software, and application of “Sistem Maklumat Kastam” (SMK), “Sistem Sales And Service Tax (MySST)” and “Sistem Tourism Tax” (MyTTX)  for a period of 12 months at a total contract value of RM41.34 million.

Customs Malaysia has embarked on digitalising its taxation processes with online features, the MySST portal allows the public especially business owners to make payments and check on returns. It also allows for a new registration on Sales and Service tax to make their application.
