IHH Healthcare Completes Divestment Of Continental Hospitals

IHH Healthcare Berhad has announced that it has completely divested the entire stake it owned of India-based Continental Hospitals Private Limited back to the founder.

Continental Hospital located Hyderabad is a JCI and NABH accredited facility offering multi-specialty, tertiary, and quaternary care services. The hospital operates 200+ beds, has Green OT, Level 3 NICU and PICU, and is known for its efficient critical care team.

The group bought up Continental in 2015 during the height of the acquisition trail, the latest announcement comes as the indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Gleneagles Development Pte Ltd, had just completed the sale of its entire 62.2% equity stake in Continental Hospitals Private Limited to Dr. Gurunath Reddy and affiliates, IHH’s partner
shareholder in Continental Hospitals.
