45 Roads In Selangor Still Closed

Despite the improvement in the weather, the floods that hit the country since over the weekend  still did not show any improivement in terms of access and mobility.  

For instance Selangor, the state Contingent Police has informed that 45 roads were still closed, down from yesterday's number of 73 roads involving updates from six District Police Headquarters on routes that are still off limits due to flooding and water levels still yet to recede. 

Among the roads still closed are that leading to Kuala Langat District Police Headquarters (26); Subang Jaya (11); Sepang (4); KLIA (2) and one road each involving IPD Klang Utara and Hulu Selangor.

According to the Social Welfare Department's Disaster the number of flood victims in Selangor increased from 24,533 involving 6,907 families  to 24,647 victims from 6,935 families.
