Censof Holdings which has been winning multiple contracts for government jobs including the recently awarded cashless payment delivery for the Accountant General Department is looking to add more services into its arsenal with the acquisition of Cognitive Consulting.
The group has announced that it will be taking a 51% stake for RM3.6 million in the firm which is primarily involved in offering solutions like system integration, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning in line with the nation’s drive towards 4IR.
Cognitive Consulting which is Malaysian-owned has been actively helping enterprises to automate their operations, among their key clients include Pharmaniaga, Mydin, Malaysian Airlines, and POS Aviation. Its technology partners are TM, Anaplan, ABBYY and includes Censof.
