Advacecon Lands First Contract For 2022 From Yayasan Sarawak Worth RM32.4 Million

Advancecon Holdings Berhad starts the year with a contract just 3 days into the new year, the group’s Sarawak firm bagged an RM32.4 million contract to undertake earthworks, site clearing, and other related services in Kuching from Yayasan Sarawak.

On the positive start, Dato’ Phum Ang Kia GCEO “This new win not only gives Advancecon a fresh start into the new year by enlarging our order book to more than RM770 million and sustain our earnings for the next 3 years.”

The group is expecting more projects to be available for tender in East Malaysia and aims to strengthen its footing in Sarawak and Sabah. Apart from this earthworks project with Yayasan Sarawak, Advancecon has other ongoing projects such as earthworks for the Wenan Iron and Steel production complex, and infrastructure projects comprising the Pan Borneo Highway and new roads in Sarawak under the Upper Rajang Development Agency.

While in Peninsular Malaysia, the group’s ongoing infrastructure projects include the East Coast Rail Link and West Coast Expressway, as well as residential and commercial projects for reputable property developers such as S P Setia, Sime Darby and various others.
