Serba Dinamik which has been caught in the crosshairs with the country’s stock regulatory body has stated that it will be releasing its 2021 Annual report on January 6.
This comes amidst its earlier announcements made on 25 November 2021 and 10 December 2021 pertaining to the issuance of the reports and the request for extension. It added that the delay for both the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements of the Company remain outstanding as it needs more time to update the statements or reports before making arrangements for printing.
Security Commission has suspended the trading of Serba Dinamik’s shares on the stock exchange pending audit reports, however, the situation took a twist when the former filed legal claims against the suspension. This then caused a storm with the regulators who countersued for alleged falsification of statements and charged top executives at the group.
KPMG who was the initial auditor for the group quit in June 2021 and was replaced by Nexia SSY.
