Salcon Engineering Bhd (SEB), a subsidiary of Salcon Bhd, has teamed up with Berjaya Infrastructure Sdn Bhd (BISB) to work on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
With effect from the date of the MoU, both parties have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to pool their resources to undertake selected infrastructure projects both within and outside Malaysia.
BISB chairman Datuk Richard Curtis says, “The company’s extensive infrastructure experience and strong financial structure, when combined with Salcon’s proven track record and experience in Malaysia and the region, would result in numerous synergies.
“We will be able to strengthen our capabilities and seize opportunities to meet critical needs in the water and wastewater sector as a result of our strategic partnership with Salcon.”
Meanwhile, according to SEB chief operating officer Jamiluddin Amini Sulaiman The company is excited to partner with BISB because it will allow us to offer our clients our expertise as well as innovative solutions and services.
