The Securities Exchange has acknowledged Serba Dinamik’s issuance of its outstanding annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 which was shared on 6 January 2022.
However, despite the submission, the Exchange has stated that the company has not complied with Bursa Securities’ directive to make an announcement on the findings from the Factual Findings Update on the Special Independent Review, and hence the suspension of trading in the company’s securities will continue until further notice.
Serba Dinamik has been on a legal path with the Securities Exchange since the bourse suspended its trading back in October, the latest being the Exchange charging the Directors of misinformation and falsifying reports. However, Serba Dinamik has rebutted the claims and has said it will reply to those allegations in due course.
