Time To Purchase Bangunan KWSP For RM62 Million

TIME via its subsidiary AIMS Data Centre Sdn Bhd is proposing to purchase the landmark KL EPF office known as Bangunan KWSP from the Employment Provident Fund board for RM62million.

The building which is located along Jalan Raja Chulan is a 13-storey purpose-built office building that also comes together with 95 car park bays. EPF has been planning to forgo the property for quite some time.

Bangunan KWSP has been the headquarters of the board since 1951 and has much historic value, many retirees have fond memories of the place together with the area surrounding the building.

Aims Data which will be establishing its operation once the Sales and Purchas is completed has indicated that it will be used as expansion space for its growing business. TIME is looking to purchase the building using internally raised cash.
