Aurelius has informed that its Group CEO Mr. Lee Chong Yeow who is also the Non-Independent Executive Director had passed away on Monday, 24 January 2022.
In a statement the Bursa, the Board wishes to express its deepest condolences to his family. Mr. Lee Chong Yeow is the Chief Executive Officer of BCM Electronics Corporation Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for the past 17 years. He led the organisation with great passion and dedication.
He was also the co-founder of ATECH.
As interim, Mr Loh Hock Chiang will assume the role of Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and continue his role as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
