Top Builders Join Growing PN17 List On Bursa

Engineering and construction company, Top Builders had triggered the criteria pursuant of Practice Note No. 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and will hereby be listed as a PN17 company.

The company has been having a topsy turvy period with legal battles and summons since 2021, the board had requested for PN17 relief and grant more time from Bursa, however without any material changes in its position the company has stepped into the Practice Note 17 situation.

Bursa Securities has said that it will continue to monitor the progress of Top Builders in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements. Information on companies under PN17 and Guidance Note No. 3 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities

As at 28 January 2022, there are a total of 26 companies under PN17 and GN3 which represent 2.87% of the total number of 907 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.
